Christmas cards

Well I have been extremely busy doing my christmas cards, i have some pictures posted of some of the cards I have created this year, but unfortunately not all, Ryk misplaced the camera when cleaning to put up the christmas decorations, so I then remembered my ipod has its camera so that is what i have taken these pictures with. The rest have gone to all the girls at work, and not able to get pictures of them this year. Probably not the best pictures but you will get the idea anyway. Sorry the one that is sideways I do not know how to turn it, it is not showing sideways in my folder, lol, I had alot of different ones that I did with both cutting from cricut and stamping images and coloring with copics and water color pencils but do not have any pictures. The elephant one is a shaker card which is fun to do. The picture of the present one is a money card holder that I found on a website also. it is really pretty with a pull out bulb to put the money in.

These are my christmas tags that I have created for the presents, they are cut from my cricut.

This last picture is an idea I got from a website and it is so cute, these are for my 2 grand daughters and they are candy wrappers, i did not have ink in my printer so i just did a cut out and the did this with ink and water color pencils.

Vacation Creativity

Well as my vacation goes into the second week I have been creating my cards needed for special occassions, the first card is my nieces 1st communion card the digi image is from karen's doodles digital stamps, she has the cutest stamps available and is one of my favorite sites to download from , the communion is today which we are going to for family dinner and fun, and the second card is a birthday card for my step mother, this is done in a shadow box style card using tulip digi from Floppy Latte's Digital Designs cut into individual tulips and colored with copics and was fun to make the idea came from score buddy site. Well off to lawn sale this morning again see what treasures can be found hope you enjoy the new posts.

Summer Bear from Design2delight

Sat down and decided to create a card today while I am enjoying my vacation time. This card I put together with a quilt pattern effect for the background and the summer bear digi from design2delight, I used the nestibilities large square and scallop. Colored with copics, I entered this in the design2delights blog challenge this week if you click on title will link you there. Thanks for stopping by my creative moment.

Birthday Card

Well this is my new post, I went to Kim's and had a great time making a card, this was originally suppose to be a fathers day card but as my step sons birthday comes first decided to change it into a birthday card. This is a stamp from Stamping Up lovely as a tree and it is kind of nice, Kim helped me with what to do on this card. Thank you Kim it turned out really nice after all the fussing.

Well i have created my mothers day cards and I think that they both came out pretty well, I am quite pleased with the results. The flower card is stamped and then glittered all the flowers with different colors I finished the layout with the assistance of my good friend Kim. She has been creating cards for along time you can find her on my side bar check out her blog dream it believe it create it. The little girl holding flowers for mom is a digi from the CuddlyBuddly website and is called Daffadowndillies she is really cute and colored with copics. I also love the digi's from cuddlybuddly.

Birthday Cards

Well another day of creativity, Went to Kim's last night and colored my birhday digi for a friend at work, Both of the digi's are from karen's doodles, I love her digi's check out her site at http://karensdoodles.com/ the picture for my sisters birthday card is a free digi from her site. I love that basket of flowers, Beautiful design. Well hope you like the post today, I think I am starting to get the hang of card making. Oh and Happy Easter everyone.

New Cards

Well I have now created 3 more cards, I went to my friend Kim's on Saturday and we created cards 2 from the materials she had ready for me, as she is teaching me how to create cards, Kim is trying to convince me that card making is fun, I am still struggling with that, but I am not giving up, while I was at Kim's we used a sketch from 411 blogspot and created my Honey's Birthday card from scratch, Ok yes it was fun. I totally love getting together with Kim to create, I am also helping her with copics which she is not sure she likes either..lol so I guess the 2 of us together can convince each other.
